Refund Policy

T & C for product refund


·         1. For replacement / refund customer need to send  us the product back  within 15 days after delivery of the product else warranty will be void and customer will not be entitled for any replacement or refund as delay would consider as usage of product by customer.

·         2. We will replace the product once we receive the original shipment from customer within the mentioned time frame.

·         3. Replacement will be done if we found that the claim of the customer is correct after verification.

·         4. If we are not able to replace the product we will give the equivalent credit points for the same.

·         5. Refund can be done only in terms of credit points.

·         6. If product is getting misplaced or delayed due to error form courier then we can only give the replacement of product and not the refund as that is beyond our control.

·         7. Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to: Shop No. 1 Out side gali No. 2, Kot Baba Deep Singh, Opp Sri Guru Ram Das Hospital, Amritsar - 143001 (Pb.) India

·         8. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 -15 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

·         9. This policy is only for customer in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.
